Recently I SOLD 17195 Beaverdam Road in Hanover County. This attractive home generated
a lot of interest and sold for $50,000 over asking price.

This leaves me with a happy problem. Now, I need another listing to take its place. I have been selling Real Estate for thirty-six years -- and have proven success in both residential and commercial sales.
