This one was a good one!

We had over 7 offers and were under contract in just 6 days, with my seller ultimately selling for over asking price!

What made this one even more special was getting to help both sides. I had buyers I’d been working with who wanted land, space, and a property they could really make their own, and I knew this one could be a great fit for them.

It worked out pretty perfectly — my seller got a great offer over asking, and my buyers were able to purchase a home they loved while walking into it with equity from day one.

Now they have 3.7 acres and a custom barndominium to make their own. They already have some big plans for the property, including adding a pool, and I seriously cannot wait to see what it looks like when they’re finished with it!

Back in 2018, I helped my mom find this home, and 8 years later, I got to help her sell it! We listed it, went under contract in just 6 days, and now it’s officially SOLD! 🏡

What makes this one even better is I also had the pleasure of working with the buyer. I had been in touch with them for a few years, and when they came through my open house, they knew this was the one!

Both sides left the closing table happy and ready for their next chapters, which is exactly how you want a transaction to end. ❤️
