It’s hard to believe that we have sold this house four times since the middle of December. The last buyers loan did not get approved on the day before our closing day. It was supposed to close this week, so it’s back on the market. Hopefully we get lucky and sell it again this weekend!!

We were hoping to be a little further ahead on this project but it’s hard to find good help and the weather has slowed us down. We are on our second group of workers to get this project finished. The house has been painted on the inside and the floors and counter tops will be put in this week. Today we had our electricians put in some lights, ceilings fans, switches and plugs. That would be Sarah and Lori. Hopefully this house will be ready to sell in two weeks or less.

Well, we thought this house would only need cosmetic work, but that wasn’t the case. It needed some foundation work and the wood around the back door and windows were rotted and full of ants. Today we took out the old flooring, kitchen counter tops and tiles in the showers. We appreciate our girls hard work for helping.
