Pet Policy:
Up to (2) pets maximum are allowed per apartment, with a $300 non-Refundable fee, monthly pet rent for first pet: $35, and monthly pet rent for second pet: $15.The combined weight of both animals must not exceed 100 pounds. Breed restrictions do apply, and veterinarian statements indicating breed must be provided as well as shot records upon move in. NOTE: Any and all comments deemed inappropriate by Trophy Club Apartments or Edward Rose & Sons are subject to removal. Trophy Club Apartments and Edward Rose & Sons reserve the right to ban any user in violation of these terms.
