Live Your Story Realty is owned and inspired by Dawn Roy. As a Real Estate Consultant with a team behind the scenes, Dawn has a demonstrated history of expertise in the real estate industry.
She is a specialist in Listing Homes and strategic negotiations. She is passionate about helping buyers find their perfect home and investors find their best return.
Dawn has always loved helping people. Before her Real Estate career, she spent years serving people in Dentistry after receiving a Bachelor of Science (BS) for Dental Hygiene from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.
She is also a Certified Mentor helping to shape and guide the next generation of real estate professionals. Dawn holds an Associate Broker's License and is a Member of the Richmond Association of Realtors Legislative Committee and a Board Member of the Women's Council of Realtor's.
