MEET Logan McDowell,

Licensed Real Estate Agent | Grizzly Realty | DFW Metroplex & Surrounding Areas
Born in Dallas and raised in Ellis County, where I learned early that people matter and actions matter. At ten, my family moved to McKinney and I saw the faster side of the Metroplex. Today I live in Ellis County by choice I know the city, and I know the quiet, and I know the moment when someone realizes they want something different.
That moment is why I do this. A home isn’t a transaction to me. It’s where your kids grow up, where you close the door at the end of a long day, where a life gets built. I’d count it a privilege to help you find it.
Four years in real estate, from investment deals to traditional retail, taught me that no two clients need the same thing. Four years in hospitality before that taught me to meet people where they are. I don’t work for my clients — I work with them, as a partner and a friend. My systems keep the process clear, and Grizzly Realty’s twenty-five-plus years of combined experience stands behind every move we make.
I’m a God-fearing man, a husband, and a loving father. I’ll give you the truth even when it isn’t what you hoped to hear, because that’s what I’d want from someone standing beside me.
If you’re ready to move, let’s move. Call me, and we’ll build the plan together every step of the way.
“Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.”
— Romans 12:10-11
