I had the opportunity to share my thoughts with Mortgage Professional America today on what the US-Iran ceasefire means for you as a buyer or homeowner. The short answer is cautious optimism. We are seeing real relief in the market today, but the two sides are still far apart in negotiations, so it is too soon to say how long it lasts.
