Hi, I’m Elle Medina, brand new real estate agent with Tatum & Associates, Hardesty Homes, LLC. Originally from Florida, I’ve proudly made Virginia my home. As a bilingual agent fluent in both English and Spanish, I’m passionate about helping clients navigate every step of their real estate journey with confidence and ease.

I’m proudly Colombian and American, and I love building meaningful connections within my community. Outside of real estate, you can usually find me enjoying the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, playing sports, or simply spending time with friends and loved ones.

My passion for real estate began at a young age when I met my fiancé, Channing Tatum. Through him, I was introduced to his father, Stephen Tatum, a well-known and respected realtor in the Brandermill and greater Richmond area. Being around their work and seeing firsthand how they helped families through such important milestones truly inspired me and sparked my interest in the industry.

Through Stephen Tatum, I also had the opportunity to meet Amanda Hardesty, where I spent time caring for her youngest child. During that time, both Amanda and Stephen recognized my potential and encouraged me to pursue a career in real estate. Their mentorship and belief in me played a huge role in shaping the path I’m on today.
