✨The biggest mistake buyers make when they find a house they LOVE…
“Let’s just sleep on it.”

And sometimes that’s the right move. Buying a home is a big decision and you should feel confident.

But the reality is… the homes that are priced well and show well usually don’t sit around very long. (my last listing went under contract in less than 24 hours!)

You’ve probably been to The Boathouse at Sunday Park… and maybe even the Richmond location.

But have you been to the one in Hopewell?
Before you cringe because you heard Hopewell… hear me out. 👀

We walked into The Boathouse at City Point and I honestly didn’t even feel like I was in Hopewell anymore. The views are out of this world. Most of this content is just the outside because it’s that good but trust me, the inside is just as beautiful.

We got a little dressed up,
grabbed a table right by the water,
and did something I’m really grateful for lately…
worked together while soaking in the view.

Being able to work from places like this with people who push you, challenge you, and never let you give up is everything. 💙

And of course… we had to order:
✨ Parmesan truffle fries 🍟 (because if truffle fries are on the menu… we’re ordering them every single time)
Let’s be honest—we’ve literally tried ordering regular fries before and asking them to add truffle oil and parmesan. No shame. 😂

And a good Caesar salad is always a win. 🥗

This spot completely surprised me and might just be one of the best waterfront views around here.
