To my fellow Baseball Moms… ⚾️❤️

I walked past empty ballfields this morning, and it made me think about how much I’m going to miss these days one day.

We laugh and complain about being at the ballfield AGAIN. Another practice, another game, another weekend planned around baseball. But we all secretly love it. We’re watching our boys do something they love, cheering way too loudly, and spending time with people who have become our second family.

One day, our calendars won’t be full of baseball. There won’t be dusty uniforms to wash or little faces looking for us in the stands. And I know we’ll wish we could have just one more day of all of this.

Those empty fields reminded me that these really ARE the good days. Even when we’re tired, running late, and figuring out dinner at 8:30. 😂

So thankful for this game, these boys, and all of you who make the sidelines feel like home. There’s no group I’d rather spend “another day at the ballfield” with. ❤️⚾️
