What’s something that made you smile this week? 🤍⚾️

It’s no secret we’re in a hard season of life managing two boys and three baseball teams, and some days the chaos feels nonstop. But at the end of the day, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Baseball has given us so much more than busy evenings and packed weekends. It has given us a community filled with some of the very best families in Chesterfield, and I’m so grateful for the friendships and memories being made along the way.

And maybe that’s one of the things I love most about both baseball and real estate. It’s all about community. The people you meet, the relationships you build, and the place you get to call home. 🏡

In the middle of all the chaos, that’s something worth smiling about.

Back in the swing of things and officially on Day 2! 📚✏️⚾️

The boys absolutely rocked their first day of school, came home completely exhausted, and then we jumped right into our first night of Little League practice. Fall is officially here! 😂

As much as I love summer, I’m excited to get back into a routine. Fall is always one of our busiest seasons between school, baseball, work and all the things, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

And since I’ve been a little quiet over here lately, consider this your reminder that I’m still here and still helping people make moves all over Central Virginia! 🏡

Summer has been summering over here. ☀️⚾️

I realized I haven’t shared many of my recent “Under Contract” or “Just Sold” posts, and it’s definitely not because things have been slow. It’s because I’ve been trying to soak up these last few weeks of summer with my boys. Going to camp part time has given us slow mornings, extra adventures, and memories I know I’ll never regret.

Finding the balance between being present for my family while still showing up 100% for my clients isn’t always easy, but I’m thankful every single day that I get to do both.

So here’s a little shout out to all the working moms and dads out there doing their best to juggle it all. ❤️

School starts in just a few weeks, and while I’m excited to get back into a routine, I’m definitely a little sad to see summer come to an end.

To every client who has trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of your life, thank you. Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or starting a new chapter, it truly means the world that you chose me to be part of your journey. I can’t wait to celebrate all of these recent closings with you! 🏡✨
