If my cleaning supplies aren't clean... are they even cleaning? 😂

My dishwasher gets cleaned.
My washing machine gets cleaned.
My vacuum gets cleaned.
And yes... my garbage cans get cleaned too.

After almost a year of renters at my investment property, these bins had officially seen better days. 🤢

A clean property doesn't stop at what happens inside the house. Sometimes it's the little maintenance items that make the biggest difference.

Remember when I said, take the energy you spend writing paragraphs to men and build a house instead?

Well... Hillary understood the assignment. 😂👏

Today, she closed on her brand-new home.

And can we talk about how badass that is?!

Independent. Successful. Hardworking. Building equity. Building stability. Building the life she wants on her own terms.

She made a BIG investment in herself and her future, and getting to walk alongside her through this process has made this one extra special.

From construction updates and walkthroughs, to inspections, punch lists, checking every last detail, signing closing documents, and FINALLY getting those KEYS... it’s been so much fun getting to be part of the journey from start to finish. 🥹🔑🏡

And today, she gets to walk through that front door knowing:

After a full workday, we spent a private evening at Utah's Hogle Zoo. 🦁🌿 Huge thanks to the Utah Mammoth 🦣 for hosting such a fun night!

🐆 Spotted the leopards
🚂 Rode the train through the zoo
🦏 Learned that rhinos are affectionately called chubby unicorns... and honestly, that's the fun fact I didn't know I needed. 😂
