☀️ POOL OPENING ANNOUNCEMENT ☀️

Our pool will officially open Tuesday, May 12th! Pool hours will be daily from 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

We are fortunate to have a beautiful pool and pool deck as part of our community, and use of this amenity is a privilege for all residents. The pool is not a venue for parties or gatherings — it is intended for the use and enjoyment of registered residents and lease holders only. To ensure everyone can continue enjoying this space safely and respectfully, all pool rules will be strictly enforced.

Please remember:

• No parties or large gatherings permitted
• Residents are limited to 2 guests per apartment — NO exceptions
• Absolutely NO alcohol allowed in the pool area
• No speakers or amplified music permitted, as many residents’ homes overlook the pool area. Please be courteous and respectful of your neighbors.
• Personal listening devices only (AirPods, headphones, etc.)
• All community rules must be followed at all times

The Luck of the Irish Treasure Hunt returns this March! Starting Friday, 3/6/26, a pot of gold will be hidden somewhere around the property — and it’s up to you to find it.

Here’s the twist to keep your leprechaun senses sharp:

Riddles will drop at random times throughout the day, so stay on your toes!

You must follow us on Instagram to see the clues and play along.

When you find the pot of gold, snap a photo, post it to your story, and tag us to claim your prize. No in-office notifications or emails — it’s all digital, all fun!
