I have had so many buyer clients move from out of state and confess they are very concerned about driving in the snow or curious how their vehicle will do.

As a lifelong Utah resident who drives A LOT, it shouldn’t be a major stress. This winter we’ve had almost no snow, however, even on a normal winter there are very few days you will really struggle driving in my experience.

Good tires, go slow, adjust your work schedule or plan to take the day off if possible. I understand the concern but we do handle snow very well here in Utah (thanks snow plow drivers and everyone who works hard in that area). If you haven’t driven here…you can do it! ❄️

I’m a paper person ✍️ If I don’t write it down, it doesn’t exist.

This is year 3 (maybe 4?) of using planners, and they’ve truly been put to work. Tossed in bags, marked up, lived in and they hold up.

Such a great small business with so many thoughtful, well-made items on their site. Highly recommend if you’re on the hunt for a 2026 planner or a great last-minute gift.

If I were selling right now… here’s exactly what I’d do 👇

✅ Hire a Realtor you trust — someone with real experience and who has your back from day one.
🛠️ Handle those maintenance items — pride of ownership always shows. Homes that are cared for over time are easier to sell and attract better offers.
🎨 Fresh paint + clean carpet — buyers want a clean slate, not a project before they can even move in.
💲 Price it right — the market has shifted. The number you had in mind in January… probably isn’t today’s reality.
🛋️ Stage it + listen to feedback — your home only gets one first impression. Let your agent work their magic and adjust as needed.
