Do you have any projects you would like me to highlight on the how much does it cost series? I’ve got a few lined up, roofing, painting, w**d control. I’ll try to get as many as I can. Feel free to let me share your personal business too 😂 hopefully we will make home ownership and the costs more transparent!

Drill Pipe Fencing. How much does it really cost? Here is a look at another real life fencing cost example in Utah.

Fencing is a fairly critical and necessary expense for many homeowners. Whether it be for your kids, dogs, or livestock in a lot of situations you’ve got to do it, and hopefully this series will help you be more prepared.

My name is Nichole Jones, I’m the Principal Broker for Salt & Summit Real Estate Group in Northern Utah and I’d love to work with you.

I have had so many buyer clients move from out of state and confess they are very concerned about driving in the snow or curious how their vehicle will do.

As a lifelong Utah resident who drives A LOT, it shouldn’t be a major stress. This winter we’ve had almost no snow, however, even on a normal winter there are very few days you will really struggle driving in my experience.

Good tires, go slow, adjust your work schedule or plan to take the day off if possible. I understand the concern but we do handle snow very well here in Utah (thanks snow plow drivers and everyone who works hard in that area). If you haven’t driven here…you can do it! ❄️

I’m a paper person ✍️ If I don’t write it down, it doesn’t exist.

This is year 3 (maybe 4?) of using planners, and they’ve truly been put to work. Tossed in bags, marked up, lived in and they hold up.

Such a great small business with so many thoughtful, well-made items on their site. Highly recommend if you’re on the hunt for a 2026 planner or a great last-minute gift.
