At more than 26,000 square feet, you’d expect the views, the backyard, the pool, and the amenities to be impressive. They are. They Really Are…but…
What surprised me was how intentional every space felt.

From the hidden details and thoughtfully designed kids’ spaces to the way the home opens up to the mountain views, everything felt like it was created for the people living there, not just to impress visitors.

That’s what great design does. It isn’t about square footage. It’s about creating spaces that make you want to stay.

This was easily one of the most memorable homes I’ve toured at the Utah Valley Parade of Homes this year.

I used to think success in real estate looked one specific way (aka being a top producer who sells hundreds of homes per year).

Turns out, I was trying to build someone else's dream business.

Then I realized my dream business looks like this: clients who feel genuinely taken care of, a schedule that lets me show up for my kids, concert tickets without the guilt, and a career I'd actually choose again.
