Our Story

My name is Kait Whittle and I am a Real Estate Professional & Mortgage Loan Officer. I attended Brigham Young University and Utah State University and currently support a Husband training to become an Anesthesiologist at the University of Utah. Needless to say, we love all of Utah and its diversity of culture.

Buying your first home is like summiting a mountain. It is such a life changing and exhilarating experience. The views from on top will be some of the best feelings you will have in your life. But during the process you can have thoughts like “What did we get ourselves into?” and “Is it too late to turn back?” and “We should have just stayed home today”. Having someone who has summitted the mountain before, a trusted guide, an experienced climber, can make all the difference in your hiking experience. Seven years ago, I decided I wanted to be an expert & resource for my friends and family to ask ANY question they had about real estate or home mortgages. So I worked as a mortgage loan processor & mortgage loan officer so I could provide a FULL SERVICE knowledgeable package to my real estate clients, being able to advise them in all aspects on the housing market. Nothing is more frustrating than having to bounce back between multiple people to have questions answered when you are buying a home.

Referring to the analogy above, I am not just “lead climbing certified” like all agents are required to be, but because of my mortgage background, you get someone who is also an Emergency Medical Technician and has Advance Wilderness Survival Training for the same price. An excellent guide also teaches their hikers the flora and fauna along the way so the next time they hike alone, they can identify and be informed about the dangers to avoid and the plants to enjoy along the way. A real estate experience with me involves detailed educational materials and invaluable knowledge you can take on to your next home buying and selling experience. Because of this extensive knowledge of the real estate financing, I have not only been able to guide my clients into their dream home, but have leveraged contracts to the advantage of their mortgage loan; saving them thousands in closing costs while decreasing their monthly payment by hundreds of dollars per month.
