HEADS UP! 7800 SOUTH CONSTRUCTION BEGINS MONDAY, AUGUST 5TH.
On August 5, construction will begin on 7800 South between 5600 West and 6700 West to widen the corridor and add an additional lane each side.
· Curb, gutters, sidewalk and landscaping will be removed to prepare for widening activities
· This fall, 7800 South will be excavated and paved, and new curb and gutter will be poured
· Work will pause over the winter months and resume in the spring.
· This project is anticipated to be complete by summer 2025.
While traveling through the area, anticipate lane shifting and reduce speeds. Business access will remain open.
