These old buildings in town are needing some attention. As we all age we have to mend some things don’t we? Water is the worst enemy of a building and it will find every nook and cranny to sit in. The corners were rotting out by the window. We installed Abatron epoxy which is water proof and will not crack over time.

The weather has been wonderful this week. Perfect timing to get these storm windows in. Their beautiful sun room will be nice and cozy this winter for sure.

We love remodeling bathrooms so the homeowners can stay in their home longer. Check out the faucet, it’s motion activated.

I was a little nervous having this light fixture shipped. This is so beautiful in person, I don’t think my pictures do it any justice. We were working with a medicine cabinet that sits out of the wall so any fixture had to clear the door. Let me tell you Anthropologie has some wonderful vintage inspired fixtures. I wouldn’t worry about the shipping, it was by far the best packaged item I have ever received.
