One of the things nobody tells you about real estate…

Sometimes an open house is packed.
Sometimes it’s just you, a bowl of snacks, and complete silence.

But honestly, that’s totally okay with me.

Open houses are always a bit unpredictable. Some of the busiest ones never produce a buyer. Some of the quietest ones lead to the right person walking through the door.

At the very least, it’s another opportunity to get a home in front of more people, create more exposure, and increase the chances of finding the right buyer.

Today was definitely on the quieter side… and I enjoyed every second of the peace and quiet.

The views are great. The homes are beautiful.

But one of my favorite parts of showing property in Timber Lakes is the peace and quiet. You can actually hear the birds, the wind in the trees, and absolutely nothing else.

Then there’s me trying to communicate with the wildlife. 🐦
