Maintenance Technicians Needed



Apartment Complex in Midwest City Ok is hiring maintenance technicians



Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Work Orders/Maintenance issues

· Able to be on-call for after-hours and weekend emergencies (rotated weekly)

· Painting

· Sheetrock repair

· Electric

· Plumbing

· Appliance Repair



Candidate must have own tools and vehicle

HVAC Certified Preferred

Full-Time work
