Subdivided a parcel of ground that dates back to the original survey in the 1700’s and the comparative distances were close. I wonder how surveying then would be like. Over 400 acres split into equal parts, but just subdivided less than a 1/4 acre. No job to large or small!

Received my EDUs for maintains my surveying liscense, learned a lot and found out flood insurance rates are going even higher. Call me to get a quote to do an elevation certificate or LOMA for lower or no more insurance payments..

Need an Elevation Certificate or LOMA to be removed from flood insurance bills, contact me. I have a GPS unit that I can get an elevation even tough you may be far away from a benchmark. Result, cost less for you in the survey and possibly reduce or eliminate need for flood insurance.

Just read an article about a land owner cutting a protected old growth plot. The landowner wanted a better view so he had the trees cut down, ok, but it wasn't on his ground like he thought. he ended up paying over $ 250,000 in fees, etc.. My own recent experience with 2 clients not knowing where the property lines were before purchasing the real estate resulted in lost acreage and a line agreement. A home is probably your most expensive purchase in life, know where your property lines are and get it surveyed.
