We are deeply saddened at the loss of one of Sullivan County Title’s original employees, Barbara Oxendale.

It’s a special kind of poetry that Barbara and Mark’s names live on in our office every day. Every prior file we pull has Barbara’s swirling handwriting. Every deed we access in our own system, is accessed under Mark’s old email. His photos remain on the iCloud account. Barbara and Mark remain at the forefront of our business long after they carefully and thoughtfully passed it on to us.

We are forever grateful to Mark and Barbara Oxendale for allowing us to continue the legacy they started.

We ask that you keep the family in your thoughts and prayers as they grieve.

HOLIDAY NOTICE

Sullivan County Title will be closed for the Christmas holiday starting Wednesday, December 24th at noon and closed all day Thursday, December 25th and Friday, December 26th.

We are proud to be able to help facilitate this historic achievement! Sullivan County Title and the North Central Missouri Regional Water Commission have collaborated to facilitate the development of the Roy Blunt Reservoir for years now, and we could not be more grateful to work with their incredible team.
We are eager to have the Roy Blunt Reservoir in our county, and excited to see the benefits it will bring to Sullivan County and its neighbors.

The Milan Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the City of Milan, hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at Forest Grove Park to celebrate the installation of brand-new playground equipment.

Chamber members, City officials, staff, and Forest Grove Park board members, gathered for the event, marking another step in ongoing efforts to improve public spaces and enhance quality of life for families in Milan. The new equipment provides a safe and welcoming space for children to play and reflects a strong commitment to investing in community amenities.

The Chamber and City expressed gratitude to everyone involved in the project and encouraged residents to enjoy the updated park facilities.
