NEW PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT!

There are exciting things happening in downtown Milan, MI! The construction process has now begun for the restoration of two historic buildings in the east block of the downtown. These buildings were constructed in the late 1800s, and as a result of this project, much of their original design and character will be restored. Over the next few months, we will be posting regular updates so that you can follow along with the renovations and see these buildings get transformed inside and out! One building will become the new home of Textiles Fabric Shop, while the other will remain the Graceful Smile dentist office on the first floor and will gain two brand new apartments on floor two. Included here are the “before” photos of both buildings as well as renderings showing what they will become. Looking forward to sharing more soon.
