Drum Roll please!!! Here it is!!! Unit 2 is complete and already rented out 🥰 side by side photos of the before and after. We are moving on to Unit 1 🥰 Amber Rainey-Stein Tyson Jones. We still need to finish the back splash***thanks to my Mother in law for providing that product 🥰 it works perfectly in this unit 😙

Its been a few weeks so I thought I would throw out an update...we are getting closer to finishing unit 2. Minor cosmetics and some bigger repairs that only Mr. Tyson Jones 🥰 can complete such as grouting the tile, finishing the flooring, installing the toilet, vanity, shower faucets, stove and fridge, sink and counter top, etc.

I just like to paint, clean and sometimes I be tough 😉 but not when he is home. When he is home I am in my princess era 💖 😍

So the update...we purchased pine wood flooring for Unit 1 and I decided to do a little Chat GPT. Anyone who has followed us in the past...or have followed our journey have noticed...I like the dark trim dark floors etc. And Mr. Jones likes the light trim, light floors.

Now since day....rental 2...the "WTF did you guys do" house...which honestly is my favorite home 🫠 we picked our colors. Gray walls, white trim. Each home is designed by both of us, using these colors and typically the same flooring. But each home is tweaked just a bit by us. Although they are all very similar they each have their own Jones Design 🥰

Tonight we talked about the flooring in unit 1. And Tyson mentioned he wanted to lay the flooring and then clear coat...me...being me...I said hold the phone...go light flooring...ugh! So Chat GPT comes out and OMG guys!!! Im not mad! I am so excited to move on in this project!!!

Mr. Jones wins my heart AGAIN ❤️ Lets go!!!

P.s. I got the dark floors in rental 5 and am still in love with his work on those as well 😍Unit 1 is really going to open up with his design with the light flooring 🤩
