101 Cherry Point Circle in Canadensis, PA has been pending since the end of March and is now in the final steps toward closing.

I’m working with the sellers on this home, and at this point we’re in the stage where everything is being finalized behind the scenes so we can get to the closing table. A lot of people think things slow down once a home goes pending, but there is actually a lot happening right up until the finish line.

A lot goes on behind the scenes managing the entire transaction, from negotiation back and forth, writing and updating addendums, sending documents to clients, communicating with lenders, title companies, and appraisers, setting appointments, making sure deadlines in the contract are met, collecting and confirming earnest money deposits, and sending out documents to whoever needs them along the way.

Every detail matters to keep things moving forward smoothly. This stage is really about coordination and follow-through so nothing falls through the cracks and everything stays on track for closing.
