This week on Beachfront Banter, Frank and Adam are heading to the greatest community on Earth! Well, at least according to Frank. Welcome to Red Cedar Farms, one of Schell Brothers’ newest communities, located in Milford, Delaware, just north of the beaches, south of Dover, and smack dab in the middle of an exciting and growing area! Join us as we explore the community, check out the floor plans, discover some incredible homesites, and share what makes Red Cedar Farms such a unique place to call home. Of course, it wouldn’t be Beachfront Banter without a few laughs, some friendly jabs, and a little unscripted fun along the way. And apparently, this community is SO captivating that Adam can’t take his eyes off the screen! Seriously, Adam, we’re filming a podcast here! Pull up a chair, grab a drink, and come see what all the excitement is about at Red Cedar Farms. No script. Just stories… Maybe a little shameless self-promotion from Frank. Cheers!
