Water out of a tap at over 165 degrees. While this might be handy for that cup of noodles or to make tea it is a safety hazard that can result in burn injuries. Check your water temperature and keep it at a safe temperature to prevent burns.

As the spring market is upon us, lets once again review the 10 Commandments of Buying a Home:
1. Thou shall not purchase a property without a real estate agent. a.) If you have a friend or family member who is a real estate agent and you do not use them for your transaction; You must not bombard them with phone calls and text messages regarding your fiasco of a transaction. You made your bed.... lay in it.
2. Thou shall not change jobs OR quit your job.
3 Thou shall not Buy furniture.
4. Thou shall not make large deposits without checking with your lender.
5. Thou shall not change bank accounts.
6. Thou shall not spend money set aside for closing.
7. Thou shall not buy a new car, van or truck OR you may be sleeping in it 🙂
8. Thou shall not finance an upcoming vacation.
9. Thou shall not originate any inquiries into your credit.
