$100,000 borrowing cost is $478 per month. Remember it's the a APR not the interest rate you will actually pay. It's interesting to think about the cost of a house in 2000 when interest rates were 7% compared to 2014 to 2019 when rates were around 3%. Which house was a better deal adjusted for inflation?
