Seriously though how amazing did our newspapers come out?! I find that there is a balance working in real estate that involve both business and creativity. In such a saturated market we need to find ways, besides being great at our job, to stand out! I’d say this does the trick ⚡️

In honor of being in real estate almost 10 months, here’s 10 things I’ve learned along the way.

1. Knowledge is power, but having confidence is a superpower.
2. Your confidence increases tenfold when you’re prepared.
3. You need a trust worthy & dedicated team (mortgage lender, inspector, attorney). They determine if you will be able to close on your home or not. This brings me to number 4.
4. Never trust a pre approval from an online source or bank.
5. Appearance matters.
6. Consistency matters more.
7. Patience is key while growing a real estate business. When I feel behind I remind myself it takes at least 2-3 years to really see the fruits of your labor.
8. Surround yourself with like minded individuals who will support and guide you.
9. Growth requires you to step outside of your comfort zone.
10. Always update your Supra app & check lockbox codes beforehand in case you lose service 🙃
