PLEASE BE CAREFUL
3 mistakes people make when buying a house:
1- They start looking before they fully understand their financial situation.

2- If you like a house, don't skip the inspection. It's very important to make sure the house you're buying doesn't have any major, expensive problems! So please, hire a reliable inspector to avoid future headaches.
3- Avoid changing your job, no matter how important the change is, even if the new job pays better.
Before giving you a loan, the bank will verify that you have a stable income to make the payments. The bank won't give you a loan if you're constantly changing jobs. If you absolutely have to change jobs, try to hold off until the closing is complete.

٣ اخطاء الناس بتعملهم لما يكونوا هايشتروا بيت:
١- يبتدوا يدورا قبل ما يعرفوا وضعهم المالى كويس.
انت لازم تتاكد انك هاتقدر تدفع القسط الشهرى شامل الضريبه والتأمين وكمان تتاكد انك تقدر على فواتيره بعد الشرا ، فبليز خُد وقتك وأحسبها كويس.
٢- لو عجبك بيت ..اوعى ماتعملش inspection ، حاجه مهمه اوى انك تتاكد ان البيت اللى هاتشتريه يكون مافيهوش حاجات كبيره ومكلفه تكون بايظه!فبليز شوف حد امين علشان ماتندمش..
٣- اوعى تغير الوظيفه بتاعتك مهما كانت، حتى لو الشغل الجديد هيادفعلك احسن..
البنك قبل مابيديلك قرض بيتأكد ان عندك دخل مستقر علشان تقدر تسدد، البنك مش هايديلك قرض طول ما انت بتتنقل من شغل لشغل.. لاى ظرف من الظروف حبيبت تغير وظيفتك ، اضغط على نفسك شوية لغاية مايتم الclosing.
