Milford, Maine - Richard Storm, owner developer of Deer Park Village along with Michael Thornton, President of Thornton Construction, announced the official groundbreaking of Deer Park Village a 55 and older condominium housing development.
Phase One of Deer Park Village began with the first 40 condominiums of Seniors age 55 + housing development and is underway with Thornton Construction providing massive excavation equipment and manpower to kickoff the start of this 55 and older condo community.
Deer Park Village (DeerParkVillage.com) is located on State Road 178 in Milford. Convenient to Maine Turnpike and Bangor’s Airport, Hospitals and Shopping.
Richard Storm stated, “This is a 146 condominium project designed and engineered by Haley Ward Engineering, approved by the Town of Milford and the State of Maine Department of Environmental Protection. This is the type of community Maine’s Governor Mills has encouraged to satisfy the housing shortages in the State of Maine.”
Storm also stated, “The first 40 Condominium’s infrastructure will be fully completed by late Fall this year. The remaining 106 condo homes are planned for year 2025. Storm also stated he anticipates condominium homes to be available in the Summer of 2025.”
