Extremely grateful right now to have the opportunity to open my first office. This has been a goal of mine since 2019 when I started my team. Crazy to look back on what my life was like 4 years ago vs. what it’s like now. I’ve learned so many valuable lessons along the way from constantly being surrounded by people who want to be vest version of themselves.

1. Growth is on the other side of fear.
2. If you’re not growing you’re dying.
3. You can only coast down hill.
4. Take risks.
5. Put in the work and the work will take care of you.
6. The best time to start is now.
7. Don’t think about the money.
8. Stay positive.
9. Work hard beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

I met Augustine about a year and a half ago when I first got into real estate. He was my UBER driver in Stamford. He was bringing me back home and I brought up real estate (like always). He said that he was thinking about buying a home so I took his number. I followed up with him every couple of weeks, on holidays, and about a month and half ago, he said it was time. We went out and looked at a few homes, and found this one for him. Today he closed and he couldn’t be happier. Congrats Augustine!
