When we walked into this unit, it felt right. It felt like the one. My buyer instantly fell in love and felt so at home. ⁣

We immediately wrote an offer and sent it over. Waiting anxiously for a response, we finally heard back. The seller had other offers. Great! 😟 We revised the offer, making it stronger and almost irresistible. Again waiting patiently to hear the news... We didn’t get it. Another buyers offer was slightly better. Ok… let the search continue. ⁣

Something in my gut just felt off, though. Intuition can be on point sometimes. I felt deep in my soul this place WAS the one. I said to myself, let the universe work its magic and maybe miraculously, this place will make its way back. ⁣

I get a call. It’s the other agent. “Is your client still interested?” Me: “Yes, she sure is.” 😃⁣

I manifested this home for my client who at the highest level, deserves this win. Our excitement is indescribable. Time to give this buyer a new title - homeowner. 🎉⁣

And just like that, she’s under contract! With about 60 people seeing the house over 3 days and several offers, we have an extremely happy seller with every term she wanted 🙂. Negotiating an offer is by far the most critical component when representing a buyer or seller. Get yourself an agent who has mastered the art of negotiations ➡️ 🙋🏻‍♀️😉
