Holiday lights are going up at 9 am this morning, 11/27!

Aloha. There is a loss dog running between the Terraces and the Gardens in the woods. Working with Oahu SPCA (Society for the Preventionto Animals) to trap him. There are two lost dogs in the area, not sure which one we are seeing. Okay to leave water but no food so that he comes to one location and stays toward the back of the properties. Most.apottings have been at night.

The water has been restored to the second level. It isn't back at full pressure but, expected to be increased tomorrow.

The board meeting last Thursday night dealt with the budget for next year. The budget was reviewed, adjusted and approved. Unfortunately there will be an increase in the maintenance fee's at just 4%. Our electricity costs have stabilized but, there are projected increases in water, sewer, maintenance and insurance. We are also keeping our security presence.

The board doesn't like to increase fee's just as any other resident wouldn't. But, our fees keep up with rising costs while maintaining a stable capital improvement fund.
