Wanted to get on here and post a quick king county market update! Homes are staying on market now an average of 19 days. This is up 58% since last year! Home prices are also up 2.7% this year! It’s still a great time for homebuyers and now with a lot less competition for homes.

Market Update:

Interest rates for conventional loans around in the low 6s and government funded loans like FHA and VA are sitting around 5.8%. That being said it’s slowed down the market to re-correct prices! Homes are sitting on the market for an average of 15 days. Reach out if you guys have any questions!
