I was representing the seller in this transaction when I got a call from Team Parco letting me know that our transaction had hit a snag on the buyer side. Before I could get out my next question their team already had an answer for me. Concise clear and effective.

Another one officially closed 🏡✨

This was a meaningful one. Representing first-time homebuyers is always special, and this transaction came with its fair share of tough negotiations, strategy shifts, and late-night conversations working through every possible option. Plus one bonus phone call from their kiddo who had to let me know some critical information about his toys.

I’m incredibly proud of how this family stayed patient and committed throughout the process. Their persistence paid off, and they’re now homeowner ready to give this home new life as they begin an exciting new chapter.

While they may be starting that chapter far away from their favorite realtor, I’m so grateful for the trust they placed in me during such an important milestone.

Happy to say I've gotten my 5th set of first-time homebuyers pending this year! In a time where uncertainty is rampant and the fear is unwavering these buyers took the leap of faith to trust me. It started with a simple conversation that led to more questions until they felt ready! 3 months, 6 months, 2 years? Doesn't matter to me let's get the planning started the hardest question is knowing where to start and that's why you have me :)
