🏡 Homes are selling in about 30 days on average, though the most desirable and well-priced homes are often moving much faster.

📉 Home prices are roughly flat to slightly down compared to this time last year, giving buyers a little more breathing room while still allowing sellers to achieve strong results when their homes are priced and presented well.
