I selected Mary and Julee to list my house after interviewing two other realtors. My house was in a desirable neighborhood, but after my wife passed away, I chose to move rather than remodel our place as we had planned. Julee and Mary came up with a plan for some updates and refurbishment, and while it was more than I had expected to spend, we agreed on a few cuts but mostly went with their plan. They did all the work with the contractors, paid all costs upfront and watched the costs carefully – in a few cases doing the work themselves. They picked a good listing price, but I asked them to raise it a few percent (because it looked so good after they were done) and they agreed to humor me. The result was that we received three offers slightly above the listing price and were able to close in less than a month. I have no doubt that cost of the work they suggested and managed not only led to the quick sale but was paid back double. They are both knowledgeable and easy to work with and I highly recommend them. "
