I couldn’t be happier for Ciboney and Dylan as they officially become homeowners!

Their home search was a little different than most. They knew exactly what they wanted, patiently waited for the right home to hit the market, and when it did, we had competition. Despite multiple offers, we put together a strong game plan and made it happen!

They found the perfect home featuring a beautiful kitchen, a spacious yard, and plenty of room to grow into for years to come. They are most excited about is fencing in the backyard and creating an amazing space for their family to enjoy.

As if becoming first-time homebuyers wasn’t exciting enough, Ciboney and Dylan are also newlyweds! Congratulations on this exciting new chapter together. Congratulations to my amazing buyers, Macy Jo and Dan Knight, on the purchase of their first home! 🏡🎉

Making the leap from renting to homeownership is a huge milestone, and I couldn’t be happier for them. This adorable home checked all the boxes they were looking for and is the perfect fit for this chapter of their lives. While it may not be their forever home, it gives them the opportunity to stop paying rent, start building equity, and invest in something they truly own.

I’m excited for them to begin making memories here and enjoy their fantastic backyard, which is perfect for entertaining family and friends. Those are the moments that truly make a house feel like home.

Most importantly, I want to thank Macy and Daniel for being such wonderful clients. They were a pleasure to work with and helped make this a smooth, enjoyable, and successful transaction from start to finish.
