Greetings from the foothills of the Appalachians !!
Our community site is a beautiful spot in the
Foothills of the mountains. Located at 2466 Lake
Adger Rd, Mill Spring, NC 28756. The area is
serene and picturesque, yet offers lots of great
outdoor activities nearby to take part in such as
fishing, hiking, biking, shopping and more. Visit
Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, the Tryon International Equestrian Center. The Village hosts 4 self-contained parking pads for Tiny Homes on Wheels, (sorry only THOWs) the site shares common areas and has a small yard area directly around the pad. There is room for one car to park beside each Tiny. There is additional parking available for visitors. Rent of $425. Per month includes septic, & well water. 30 / 50 AMP Electric service is available. We welcome (2) well behaved and responsibly owned pets at each pad. There is a 6 mos minimum rental lease for each pad. Rental lease goes from a 6 mos lease to a month to month lease.
