She has published multiple articles in the HR space and is generally seen as a leader in her field by her peers. Through her work as an HR professional, Florence mastered the arts of conflict resolution, negotiation, and process management, making her the ideal real estate agent to represent clients in the competitive Marin County real estate market. In addition to finding fantastic homes for her buyer-side clients, Florence provides real estate advice to first-time investors.
