📈 Inventory jumped 33% — the highest level in over a year, with 639 active listings across Marin.

💸 Median price is holding at $1.7M, which tells me buyers are still willing to pay for quality and style.

⏳ Homes are selling faster, averaging 33 days on market (down from 35 last summer).
