Katrina has been an active real estate professional in the Bay Area for over 30 years. She is a top residential agent in Marin County where she consistently delivers results-driven service to her clients who are buying, selling or leasing homes. Katrina enjoys the “art of the deal” and collectively constructs the best outcomes for her clients through clear communication, anticipating needs, relent
less attention to detail, creative solutions, and conscious listening. She is interested in facilitating the best outcomes for both satisfied clients and new, happy neighbors! She comes by her skill-set through years of property investment, and hands on management for her own personal real estate portfolio of approximately 100 units, primarily in San Francisco. Her experience includes buying and selling both residential and commercial properties for her company Mill Valley Investment, strategic forecasting, analysis, design/build, and complex lease negotiations. Previously, she was a commercial real estate agent at Marcus & Millichap and EY in San Francisco for 13 years, where she represented many corporate clients including; Yahoo!, KPMG, Goodby Silverstein, and Buchalter Nemer. Her focus included long term planning, financial analysis, competitive bidding, negotiations, and lease management. When Katrina is not doing deals, she is volunteering for the Mill Valley Schools Foundation, Tam High Foundation, the Mill Valley Library Foundation, or the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce. She is happiest riding her road or mountain bike, running Marin’s numerous trails with her dog, Ziggy, or just being in awe of this beautiful place she calls home.
