Stacey Lamirand sets the tone for her client relationships with a clear expectation that they are in it together. This intrinsic team approach stems from what ignited her initial interest in working in real estate. With a BA in Public Relations/Marketing and a Master of Public Administration, her philanthropic spirit was a perfect match for the real estate industry, allowin
g her to showcase her love for working with people, especially when it meant fulfilling their dreams and goals. When Stacey received her real estate license in 1997, she joined forces with Zephyr Real Estate, working out of their San Francisco offices. After many successful years in partnership with the brokerage, she left to spend more time with her growing family in Mill Valley. Thrilled by the opening of Zephyr’s Marin office in 2016, Stacey happily reconnected with them, and continues to grow her clientele in Marin. Her unique techniques with clients to understand their inner reasons for buying and selling remains a focal point of her business. By exploring their deeper levels of motivation, she can tailor the experience more precisely to their goals, while fostering a strong bond of trust through open communication. Honest, trustworthy, and strategic are only a few words that clients and coworkers use to describe Stacey. While she negotiates with a smile, her intentions remain fierce, driven by her unshakeable determination to work hard for her clients and achieve their goals together. Stacey takes each step of the journey with her clients, creating a supportive environment for them, while sharpening her skills at the same time. Ultimately, her ability to seamlessly simplify the process makes the path enjoyable for everyone. Stacey’s life outside of the real estate industry is equally as energetic and heart-felt. Most of her personal time is spent outdoors on trail heads, or indulging in the outstanding foodie culture of the Bay Area. Coming from a non-profit background, community work is woven tightly into her personal life. Her involvement in various PTAs, roles on executive committees, work with the Chamber of Commerce, orchestrating school events, and commitments to specific non-profits are only a few of her passion-driven interests.
