When I first stepped foot into this 1963 A Frame I was immediately taken with the architecture and the vast views, but it felt dark, and a bit tired, so we had work to do! The project was clearly worth every dollar spent and detail perfected. We were on a tight timeline to hit the fall market, but assembled the best team and transformed this home. What do you think? #1 Reason Why AI Cannot Replace Me 👇🏼🫀🧠

2025 may be a year of uncertainty like few others, but as far as AI and a truly skilled realtors job security goes, I’m quite certain that I have a stable job, let me tell you the top reason why:

Zillow has already taught us that you cannot automate home pricing, and there has been a lot of chatter about the many nuances in the real estate transaction, but the real estate transaction is so much more than a financial transaction, or the reading of contracts, and disclosures. There is a human element that cannot be overlooked. As a skilled agent I get to know my clients at a level where I can offer support that threads the complicated process and financial implications of a transaction with real hopes and dreams. A home is where life happens, and security both financial and emotional is felt. Many buyers come to me not knowing what they want or exactly what’s to come in life, they have not yet raised children in a home, have not yet aged in place. There is a weaving of today’s needs with tomorrow’s plans and dreams. Then there is how much I care, really care. AI can listen, but can it listen beyond what is said? There is an innately intuitive aspect of our process after decades of holding our clients hands through many transactions. I can lean into this with certainty beyond statistics, or data. This is felt by my clients all the time, this level of support is invaluable, truly. They can say it better than me.

What an honor to represent this architectural award winning Emmons House, a piece of living art, and a historic piece of Mill Valley history.

260 Cleveland is an Emmons, Wurtser, Bernardi home, designed by Donn Emmons with landscapes by Lawrence Halprin. Awarded the American Institute of Architects Award in 1953, and notably published over its history. Emmons and Halprin, most well known for their extraordinary contribution to Architectural excellence and Mill Valley history in their design of the Mill Valley Public Library. When these homes come up for sale, it’s an emotional offering that can defy market conditions. Luckily for us, through word of mouth, I found that this home was being prepped for market. My dear clients had recently come to me with a wish for a home that was unique and felt architecturally inspiring. My treasure hunt was complete, this was it, and a rare opportunity they jumped on before anyone else even had the chance to get in the door.
