✨ So nice… we sold it twice! ✨

Right after Laurie got her license in 2021, some special friends reached out and shared that they were ready to sell the home they loved so they could move a little farther out and start homesteading. That conversation led to selling their beautiful property in Wetumpka - one of the very first closings of her career.

Fast‑forward almost four years to the day… some friend‑buyers sent us a listing and asked what we thought. We opened it and immediately recognized it - the very same property we had sold years before.

And this week, in the sweetest full‑circle moment, we closed on that home again.

Every buyer and seller has a story, but these buyers have a S T O R Y. Through every hard moment, the theme has been FAITH. Walking with these friends through this season has been an honor, and watching their faith in action has been a faith‑growing experience for us as well.

Our prayer is that this home becomes a sacred place of peace and rest for its new family. And what a joy it was to walk with them through another purchase. To say we appreciate their trust feels vastly insufficient for the gratitude we feel. These friends will always hold a special place with us.

Full‑circle moments like this remind us why we love what we do.

There’s something special about helping someone sell their home- the place where they raised their children, made memories with loved ones no longer earthside, and lived and loved through countless seasons of life.

But there’s something extra special about helping friends who have known you for over half your life. Friends who played a role in your love story, stood by your side on your wedding day, and were there when you welcomed your own children into the world.

Over the past year, these friends have shown incredible faithfulness, and Lara and I have been so grateful to witness it from such a close seat.
