Congratulations to my awesome buyers (and friends!!) on your new home in Sutton! 🏡 💚 This one went quick! Perks of being a part of a great brokerage getting access to off market homes coming on in this super competitive market. My buyers had reached out to me on a Friday wanting more help from a LOCAL agent & friend 😉. Of course I got right on setting them up on a search and browsing our pre list of properties coming on based on their wish list and BAM I saw one in Sutton which was one of their top towns.
