When you know, you know. The first time you walk into a house and you get a feeling, that’s the best way to know that house, is your HOME. My client literally lit up when she walked into this sweet abode. We toured a half dozen homes later that day and that glow and feeling was not in any of the other properties. Some had all the features that she wanted but it lacked the emotion.

I am so excited to be a part of this heart felt moment as she has worked so hard to make this happen. Cheers to love at first sight.

So many activities! Throw in a new listing, open house, a holiday, camping, family, friends, dogs and then, P**F, you go UNDER CONTRACT! This unbelievable home got swept up quick! Under contract to the highest and best in just two days!

Selling your home can be overwhelming and stressful. However, I am on the ground in the battle field the whole time! Stop the car!! This home is a magical wonderland in the middle of the city. This enchanting Liberty Wells Cottage has been one of my most favorite places to enjoy dinners, parties, events, holidays and Love-fests. The owners have made this home a full functioning Urban Farm. Each outdoor space is fun and useful. The interior of this amazing property has two living spaces. The main level resembles the Old-World European Estates. With, coved ceilings, arched entries and a hammered copper tub, to soak the farm muscles. The basement has a full mother-in-law, with a charming 1940’s themed kitchen and a beautiful botanical bedroom, with two large closets and a hidden reading nook.

A novel could be written about this home, there is so much to love and enjoy. Call me for a private tour or join us on Saturday, July 22 for our Open House, held from 9am to 1pm.

Feeling all the feels with this one. I have a hiccup of selfishness as my dear friend and closest thing to a mystical fairy person is relocating just a hop, skip and a jump to Davis County. My dramatics is that she’s only two miles away from me now. However! She knows how to turn a home into a place you never want to leave. I am so excited to see what they do to this humble abode. I have an inkling they will create a wonderland, that I won’t hesitate to hop, skip and jump to visit. Cheers my sweet friend, to a new town, new home and a new canvas to create!

The timing doesn’t always line up, but if you work at your finances, credit repair and prioritize your spending … YOU CAN BUY A HOME! I am so excited for these two cutie patooties! There is a house that is near perfect for every person and family. I admire this family as they may not be married anymore but, they have chosen to do family together under one roof. This home couldn’t be more hand-picked for them. It has two living spaces and a good vibe for them to continue raising their boys and showing them what’s important and what hard work can do. Congrats to my cohabiting nurturers!
