During a recent inspection of a luxury new-construction home approaching an eight-figure price tag, our thermal imaging camera detected an unusual temperature pattern behind the bathroom tile.

Further investigation revealed that an air-conditioning vent had been completely tiled over during construction.

Without thermal imaging and a thorough independent home inspection, this defect could have gone unnoticed—potentially affecting airflow, comfort, and HVAC performance in the bathroom.
