Ok this gem won’t last. The last open house sold in one day. No time to sleep on these homes at these prices. Come see me and I’ll be sure to take care of you.

Come stop by and check this great home out. Not many on the market so it won’t be around for long. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath has been completely renovated. You can live off the land here, literally, with several banana, fig, and pawpaw trees on the property. All new plumbing, and the best part of all are the taxes are not even $6000. Come on over.

Second closing of the day yesterday. This house sold $35,0000 over asking. Very happy sellers. Congratulations to my seller Jeff. You were a pleasure to work with. Your loyalty and trust in me blew me away. I’m honored to have played a part in helping you close this chapter and move on. Btw, thank you King Quality for the beautiful new roof and skylights. That warranty that was transferable to my new buyers definitely helped to make this sale.
