📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE + FAQ – Water’s Edge Cabins
We know many of you have questions following the recent reservation cancellations, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We wanted to put together a quick FAQ to help answer the most common questions we’re receiving:
❓ Why was my reservation canceled?
Water’s Edge Cabins has recently transitioned to new ownership. As part of that transition, we are no longer managing reservations beyond April 30.
💳 When will I receive my refund?
All refunds have been fully issued on our end.
At this point, the timing is up to your bank or credit card provider.
👉 Most refunds show up within a few business days
👉 Some may take a bit longer depending on your financial institution
📞 Can I contact the new owners directly?
At this time, we are not able to share their direct contact information.
🏡 Will the cabins still be available to book?
Yes! The new ownership is actively setting up brand new Airbnb listings.
📅 These listings are expected to go live soon
👉 No later than May 1st (and likely sooner)
Once live, you’ll be able to view availability and contact the new management team directly through Airbnb.
